Profile
Joanie Ritchie has had a passion for dancing since the age of four
years old. She has studied Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Hip-Hop,
and Modern Dance. She started competing in regional and national dance
competitions by age six. In High School she choreographed Jazz and Hip
Hop routines for local cheerleading teams for performances and dance
competitions.
She loves working with children and has been a nanny for years. She
has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCSC and she plans to continue
her education to get her Masters in Social Work. It is her desire to
work with young children in a variety of therapeutic settings.
