Kristy has been dancing since the age of five and over the past 27 years has trained in the disciplines of Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tahitian and Belly Dancing. She joined Ariel Dance Productions in 1995 as a dancer, choreographer and staff member and has recently returned after a 4 year hiatus. She is excited to return to ADP as a Jazz instructor and choreographer. Her passion for Jazz dance has been exuded through numerous choreographies that she has contributed to Ariel Dance Productions over the past 12 years.

She has studied with Bay Area dance professionals such as Keith Banks of Studio 10, Ehud Krauss, Fran Atlas-Lara, Pat Pierson of IndepenDance, Jensen's School of Performing Arts and Oanh Tretter of Ariel Dance Productions. She also performed with Otea Api a nationally recognized Tahitian Dance Troupe. A graduate of Santa Clara University, Kristy's day job as a Marketing Director for Health Net of California allows her to keep her creative juices flowing on stage and offstage. She is excited to rejoin Ariel Dance Productions and hopes to share her passion for dance with ADP students.
