Ariel Dance Productions' Policy
Monthly series are payable at the beginning of each month. Cash or checks accepted at the studio only. Please make checks payable to Ariel Dance Productions. Please make payments by cash or check as we do not accept credit cards at the studio. We do accept online payment.
- There is an initial $25 one time registration/insurance fee for newcomers.
- Tuition is subject to a $10 late charge if not paid by the 5th of every month.
- A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
- There are NO REFUNDS, MAKE-UP classes or FUTURE CREDITS for missed classes.
- Fill out the Registration form and sign the Liability Waiver (pdf 107k).
- You must attend the class in which you are registered. A student may transfer to another class if that class is open for new students. The Director must be consulted for class availability.
- No black rubber soles or street shoes on dance floor.
- No food or soda in studio. Bottled water is acceptable and encouraged. Dispose bottles properly.
- Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items left behind
Children's Class Policy
Observation: It is important for our young dancers to focus while in their dance classes. For this reason, parents are welcome to observe class on the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. This policy is for the benefit of your child. A distraction-free class provides the best atmosphere for learning.
Dance Attire: Leotard, tights, hair must be pulled back in a pony tail, skirts (no longer than knee length) are optional. For combo classes (jazz, tap, ballet), we recommend ballet and tap shoes.
Absences: There are no refunds, make-up classes or future credits for sessions missed.
Class Registration: A student may transfer to another
class if that class is open for new students. The Director must be
consulted for class availability.
Restrooms: Students are expected to use the rest room before
class.
Bring: Water bottles are encouraged as there is no water fountain at the studio.
Dance Floor: No running, playing or street shoes are allowed on the dance floor.
Drop Off/Pick Up Time: It is perfectly fine to leave your student at the studio during his or her class. Please arrive promptly at the end of class so that no students are left at the studio long after class. We will always make sure the children are accounted for and dismissed to their appropriate parents; however, as classes are scheduled back to back, a student can become upset if he or she is the last student picked up.
Lost Items: Studio is not responsible for lost items
